Brenda L. Wills a true woman at work.

I would like to give props to a great and wonderful hard working woman. Has been thru so much and now is her time to shine. I asked her 5 basic questions where it describes what she does, how she started and how we meet. And I can say it has been an honor from the beginning we meet to now. So here a small interview I had with thru Facebook.

When did you start your business?
I have been cleaning homes for over 15 years. I started my original business Kleen As A Whistle in 2004 until the economy dropped then started Celtic Pride Cleaning Services, LLC in 2012.

Hard times experienced with the business.
With like any business there are always obstacles to be overcome. One of them is finding people to hire that love the work as much as I do. This type of work is not for everyone and is not as easy as some would think it would be. We have to remember that this is not our home and that the cleaning services are structured around the clients' needs and wants. Another major obstacle is managing your time between work and family. It is not always easy and trying to manage both can be stressful on everyone. This, I am still working on mastering. It can turn into long hours. I have many hats that I have to wear.....cleaning professional, manager, human-resources, supervisor, inventory personnel, bookkeeper, marketing, etc. Then, coming home. There is still my home that I need to take care of. Cleaning, cooking, wife and mother.

Where do you see myself in 5 years?
Where I want to see myself in 5 years, running a successful business. I want to find myself being able to focus more on building the business, having a strong employee base with exceptional work ethics. I want to find myself having more time to focus on creating a product line, from cleaning products to cleaning accessories. And of course enjoying my beautiful grandchildren.

What is your major inspiration to keep working day by day?
There are so many, but if I had to choose one..... it would have to be my family. They stand behind me and support me. I believe we all have a destined path. I feel this is my destined path. It is not just about cleaning someones home. It is also about creating and clearing. Seeing the end result of a job well done and the feeling you leave when done. The end result! A beautiful, stress free home. I find it a very rewarding experience and with a strong support system,  it just makes it that much more rewarding.

How did we meet?
I believe things happen for a reason. When the economy dropped, I was forced to lose my home and basically sell my stuff.  I was trying to support my kids and had to find a way to do so. A friend of mine helped me get a job with her working as a dispatcher for a cable contractor.  I was also in college at the time. It was then I had the opportunity to meet Rafael.  My first impression was not the most pleasant...lol and I am sure I was not the most pleasant either. However,  after we started working together, it came to be known that sometimes you just need to get to know someone first. I am so blessed, grateful and honored to have met you and a chance to call you my friend.
