Smile.... It's not that hard.

     

 How can we build a place where you have the perfect job? No where. You can try to make your job enjoyable. But driving to work I started to realize so many I could accomplish if I had the perfect for. I would be able to direct and manage. Be able to create a "smile" environment. A "smile" environment you ask. Yes; have people smile and great others with a warm "Good morning", "How are you doing", "Have a great day". This always helps make your day a little better.

      

As I walk down the hall to get something from the break room or even refill my tea cup, I see so many unhappy people in front of their monitors. Just being pissed off at the world. And when they glance at you they give you that "leave me the hell alone" or "I am better than you" look. Are you really? But anyways, just wondering why you would bring your problems to work (I know everyone has issues). You have to positive about everything. Maybe is not your time yet. 

      These people that if they really smile could feel better. There is no position in this world that will make me think I am better than anybody. It's only a position from where you can get fired in a second. So please be courteous to one another. Yo never know if that person that you gave a mean look could be your boss or even take your position.

The same attitude you expose to everyone will be the same attitude you will express in your phone calls. So a simple "Hello" with a smile can make wonders. Not saying you have to be a clown to everyone, but don't be a grouch.
