Women in the working industry.

There are companies out there that don't value the work of a hard working woman. Not only they are mothers and wives but they play an important role in the working industry. They have overtaken the hard labor and long hours that some men won't take. And I strongly encourage that.

In the late 19th century it was a large purpose for farm work. Women worked the land in many ways. Picking up cotton, milking cows, feeding their farm animals and so on. But also took care of their family. They also worked in the cleaning service industry and spinning thread. Then pass the years woman worked making clothes, hats, steaming laundry. Making sure that every soldier had a uniform for war. More and more women wanted in a way to be able to serve their country. So they decided to help in the aviation industry as mechanics. And believe me they did a hell of a good job. Women believed that they could make a difference. And believe me they did.

Unions were created to help the hard working woman. Laws that they created to be able to protect them and their jobs. They still suffered and were attacked by the male. That only believed that the woman was made to be in the house and serve their men. Women in those times had it really bad. But they made it. Working as school teacher, telephone operators, clerks, nurses, weaving carpets. Lets put it this way they worked on everything they could profit and benefit for their family.

Now a days its not hard for a woman to find a job. In my opinion a woman has more demeanor, more carisma, their tone of voice. They have the way to get things done. And even the body language has a huge role on this. These women are getting educated and are succeeding in this working industry.

As an example my wife served her time in the military. Dealing with people above her that said that she was not going to make it. And she did. Had many jobs even as a dispatcher for a cable company. Now that she is a full time mother, she would love to out there and show the world how a mother of two and wife can make it. I enjoy and love helping my wife, making sure she has everything she needs on a daily basis not only for her but for the girls too. And still go to work to provide for them.

I strongly believe that if a woman is a full time mother, the man should contribute in the house. Make her load a little easier. And if both of you work, hey share the chores. So when you see a single mother that works and provides for her family, congratulate her. Also give props for those stay home and working moms that do their best to keep a tidy house. And provide for their husbands.
